Origination
We begin by gathering innovations, concepts, and inventions via interactions with researchers, faculty, tech-transfer offices, incubators, investment networks, and corporate R&D groups.

The first technical phase includes a detailed analysis of the innovation, comparison to state-of-the-art solutions, enumeration of the resource requirements, and a thorough product-market analysis.

The planning phase is when we work closely with the inventors to create a project roadmap, negotiate the IP position, secure funding, and set revenue carve-out terms
